4. Refunds and Credits :Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

5. Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange, an opening video is must for the same.
